installation of our product on your system.
Portage Bay Marine will (at no
cost to you):
- Provide installation
support for the life of the product on your system. Installation
support means that we will assist you in installing the product or an
upgrade on your system.
- Provide application
assistance for the first ninety days after you register your product.
Application assistance means that we will assist you in the use of the
product and answer any questions you have about how to accomplish tasks.
After ninety days you may purchase an annual support contract online
that will extend application assistance for an additional year.
- Keep you informed
about product updates and upgrades.
- Maintain a list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website.
- Maintain a database of
product and installation keys should you lose or misplace the original
keys.
Support not covered
Portage Bay Marine assumes
that you have an operating understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating
system and, if you are operating on a network, be able to configure network
connections. It is outside our scope to provide assistance with
Windows or Network operating issues. We suggest contacting your
network administrator or local system support service for help in these
areas.
